1. Shipping Times
- Processing and Shipping: Orders are prepared and shipped within 24 business hours (weekdays, excluding weekends and public holidays) after payment confirmation.
- Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday, subject to public holidays.
- During peak periods (sales, holidays, etc.), these times may be slightly extended.
Estimated Delivery Times (after shipment):
- France: Estimated delivery between 2 and 5 business days.
- Europe / Overseas Territories: Estimated delivery between 5 and 10 business days (€7.99, free for orders over €180).
- North America: Estimated delivery between 7 and 15 business days (€9.99, free for orders over €250).
- Rest of the World: Estimated delivery between 10 and 25 business days (€9.99, free for orders over €250).
2. Shipping Methods

Tracked Letter Service: Depending on the destination and size of your order, Duo Bijoux may use tracked letter services instead of Colissimo for international shipments, if dimensions and weight allow.
- Requirements: Maximum 2 kg and 3 cm in thickness.
- Advantages: Tracked letters offer reliable delivery with tracking and can sometimes reduce shipping costs or transit times.

Colissimo or Other Services: For larger or heavier items, Colissimo or another parcel service will be used. The most appropriate shipping method will be automatically selected at checkout based on your order.
3. Customs Fees
Customs fees may apply for shipments outside the European Union (Overseas Territories, Switzerland, Canada, Australia, etc.).
- These fees are import formalities (taxes payable upon receipt of the package).
- Duo Bijoux cannot be held responsible for these fees. No refunds or commercial gestures will be offered in this regard.
4. Estimated Delivery Times
The delivery times provided are indicative and may vary depending on:
- The carrier;
- Customs procedures.

5. Urgent Orders
For urgent orders, please send us an email at contact@duobijoux.com, with “URGENT” in the subject line.
- We will do our best to prepare and ship your order as quickly as possible.
- This service depends on our logistical capacity, particularly during busy periods.
- To ensure fast delivery, consider selecting an express shipping option at checkout if available.
6. Shipping Confirmation and Tracking
Once your order is shipped, you will receive a confirmation email containing tracking information.
- Some international shipments sent via tracked letter services may have limited tracking capabilities, depending on the postal services in the destination country.
7. Accuracy of Delivery Address
Please ensure that the delivery address provided at checkout is accurate and complete.
- Duo Bijoux cannot be held responsible for lost or delayed parcels due to incorrect or incomplete addresses.
- If you need to update your address, contact us as soon as possible at contact@duobijoux.com. We will do our best to make the change before shipment.
8. Returns and Shipping Costs

- Return shipping costs are the customer’s responsibility, except in cases where the item is deemed defective or there was an error in your order.

- Weekend Order Processing: Orders placed after 2:00 PM on Friday or during the weekend will be processed starting the following Monday (or the next business day in case of public holidays).
- Delivery Times: While we commit to preparing orders within 48 business hours, delivery times are entirely dependent on carriers.
